Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Erika Shari! Each item is customized and made specifically for you, which means orders require time for production before shipping.

Production Time

Our standard production time is up to 4 weeks before your order ships.

If you need your order sooner, we offer a Rush Production option for an additional $25. Rush orders are produced within 2 weeks before shipping.

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are typically shipped via UPS. Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's delivery progress.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated production and shipping timelines, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
