Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is customized and made specifically for you, we are unable to issue refunds, accept returns, process exchanges, or cancel orders once an order has been placed.
Please carefully review all personalization details, spelling, colors, and product selections before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors submitted by customers during the ordering process.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Order Changes
Because many of our products go into production quickly, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations after an order has been submitted. If you need to request a change in address or payment method, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
